"Dzer Gitak" Kindergarten

This project offers a transformative experience, benefiting local organizations and promoting personal and professional growth for volunteers. It aims to educate and train children in a kindergarten setting, fostering a sense of equality in society. Volunteers will participate in all programs and contribute their ideas, working closely with children and staff to integrate into local culture and gain insights into Armenian society. The project emphasizes the development of skills in non-formal and informal education, enhancing intercultural competencies and fostering positive interactions across diverse languages, values, and cultural frameworks. Ultimately, this experience demonstrates the power of individuals to create positive change, impacting both Armenian society and the volunteers' lives.
